Destination eligibility
We intend to serve eligible U.S. destinations only. Product rules vary by state and locality, so an order can be accepted only after its destination and the selected product are confirmed as eligible.
If checkout does not show a delivery option for your address, contact us before attempting another order.
Adult delivery
Nicotine products are for adults aged 21 or older. Eligible shipments may require an adult signature and valid government-issued photo identification at delivery. A self-declared age prompt is not an identity check.
Timing and charges
Shipping availability, charges and estimated handling times are shown at checkout when a delivery method is configured. We do not promise a delivery date before the order is accepted and a carrier service is confirmed.
Returns and device issues
Opened nicotine products are generally not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or appears defective, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the issue. We will review the available resolution for the order.
